I gave authorization for a debit to my checking account. It is for my car loan payment. My checking account didn’t have enough money in it, so the check was returned to my auto loan company. Are they allowed to try again without my authorization?

I thought medical couldn’t hurt loans on autos. Is there a law that states you cannot be denied a auto loan because of medical? The loan is from the Honda dealer’s private lender.
My credit rating sure is about 500, right now. Though I am usually very responsible with money, I was sick and unable to work for 3 years. I missed several payments and developed bad credit. Things have changed, and I am completely healed/not sick anymore.
I found a car that I like, which inexpensive so that I can pay it off asap. It also has low mileage. I see many websites online offering auto loans, but have no idea if they are legitimate. I guess they might have similar thoughts about me because of my credit history. lol! Where is the best place to go for a low credit loan? Thank you!
They sent me an EOB but also said:
1 – Please send a statement from your automobile insurance company showing whether these expenses have been paid or denied. When we receive this information, we will consider this charge.

This is what confuses me… I wasn’t in any auto accident at all. Just went to the emergency room for an animal bite. They sent me a EOB. I paid the bill for the copay. Then they sent me this one again. Could this just be a mistake then?
I still got bad credit but i have an excellent payment history with my auto loan company for the past seven months. My interest rate is 22.92% YIKES but i needed a car bad. the loan is for 9270 and its down to 8400. I had it since May08 and i got 41 months to remaining. Seeking advice not a tongue lashing,lol.
Okay, so my dad used to take care of my insurance, registration and everything for my car, but I don’t live with him anymore. And so my registration just recently expired and when I called to tell him, he told me to go to the DMV and deal with it. so does anyone know where I can find the cheapest insurance company to register my car with?? I wont be driving it much this year because I’ll be at college and I’m leaving my car at home(mom’s), so what company should I use, or should I go to the DMV?? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!!
