Car has been gone for 18 months, nothing so far but calls & letters. Told me a judgment would be filed. But what is the time limit that such companies have to do so?

Design a modular program that asks the user to enter the monthly costs for the following expense incurred from operating his or her automobile: Loan payment, insurance, gas, oil, tires and maintenance. The program should then display the total monthly cost of these expenses, and the total annual cost of these expenses.
