They may even be willing to provide the loan. Naturally at a slightly above average rate. But, if you go to Bubba’s used lot in the middle of nowhere, you’ll get screwed at 30% or worse. Don’t go from dealer to dealer appling for loans. That makes your credit worse. Start w/ the bank. I mean it!

your bank is the best place to go for an auto loan, but if you do not have good credit they will not know what to tell. go to a dealership and talk to the sales people, they will guide you in making the right decisions, ( i know people hear bad stories about car salesmen but they do this for a living, I think they would know more about the subject than we do) and don’t be scared to ask questions
