I’m buying a 1996 Corolla. It comes with VIPER anti-theft. I’m a male with one speeding ticket. How would I go about finding the best deal for car insurance? The best deal I got was from geico, the bare minimum plan I think, for 0 / 6 months. They also gave me the good student discount. The last owner of the car payed 0 for 6 months.
Any tips and tricks to lower my insurance rate? Any other discounts that I can ask for? like a good student discount etc? I attending a University in Omaha, Nebraska, but live in Hawaii. Thanks

call farmers they are good i have a lifted yukon and a 02 trailblazer and we pay 77 a month

Yea you can ask for some good student discount that would be about it, you may qualify for other things but only asking your agent will get you the correct answer. As for quotes check this site out http://www.ez-insurancesearch.com they have some great info and will give you quotes from some of the top providers in your area.

Your insurance so high cause young drivers have much higher risk of accident.
