What companies sell cheap cars? Like 1200 to 1500? And What companies have free car insurance quotes? Thank you

The companies that sell cheap cars like that are usually pot lots that try and sell you cars that are lemons and need lots of work.
Seeing as you are pregnant I would venture to spend a little bit more and buy yourself a car that will last you a bit longer between shop bills.
