Can you recommend a really inexpensive but still decent car insurance company?

I’m a student on a budget in difficult economic times. I’m Looking for affordable auto insurance in Chicago.

Or you can pay a decent price, and get decent insurance, that will actually protect you in an accident.
So, what do you want? Pay more now, but less later. Or barely anything now, and a fortune later?

Simple answer: I live in Chicago and I use a company in Texas that underwrites in Chicago.
They are cheap and have excellent coverage.
