My husband has a car loan and we recently hit some financial trouble where I only made a 1/2 payment for two months. Yes I cleared it with the bank first they said any payment is better than no payment.. so I’m almost all caught up I am behind on june payments by about 2 weeks ( it was due the 24th of june) I am planning on making that payment this weekend when I get our stimulus check. I’ve talked to them on three different occasions and explained to them what I was doing and that I hope to be caught up completely by July’s due date ( whichis the 24th) they said this was fine and noted it on our account what we were doing.. SO WHY ARE THEY STILL CALLING MY HOUSE 10-15 TIMES A DAY EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!..
I just dont get it… what more can I possibly tell them that I havent already said three times. why do i need to talk to them several times everyday? isn’t this considered harassment? I mean I know I owe the money and I’m in the process of paying it and I can understand
that its their job to call me , but do they really need to call me 15 times a day?????????????????????????

I have had customers go through the same thing that you are and you are doing a lot better than many people in your situation.
The reasons for the calls from what I have found out is that no one has noted this on your account on their computers, you talk to them but they dont log the information into the database.
Call back and get a name first then ask them to note this on their computers and the calls will stop, good luck and have a nice day.
