I can’t get a driver lic. because I don’t have a social #, and I can’t get a social # because I don’t have a visa, BUT I know in Houston Tx, I can get car insurance like I’m now, but which one with a affordable price? please help!!!!

if you don’t have a DL, then you shouldn’t be driving…
let me get this straight…you are here illegally, have no identity, but want to drive illegally? hell, no, honey!
get legal, get a SS#, then get a DL. then we’ll talk.
keep in mind that i don’t care about the whole immigration thing, welcome to the country, etc, but you need to drive legally. no insurance company is going to insure a driver without a valid DL, or a SS card. if they do, it’s a crap company, who won’t stand behind you should you get into an accident. in fact, i’m sure if you go to the office the next day, you’ll find an empty room….
If you don’t have a social security number, you should be able to get a federal tax ID number. Once you have that, you should be able to get insurance, but you will have to have a license first. Getting your license isn’t contingent on having insurance for you, just the vehicle that you are using on the test. (as long as it allows for permissive use drivers) Then you can go to an insurance company and get insurance
