I only gross about 1000-1200 a month and i cant get approved for anything!

Most banks will want a gross income of $1,500 a month. Your interest rate will be in the high 20% + if they can find a bank. The best solution is open an account with a credit union and get a secured credit card from them. After about 6 months of established credit with them, you should be able to get a loan. Make sure that you save some money for a down payment.
open a bank account at a credit union… and in a month or so they will give u a loan for like 1-2k…..get loan pay it off… make the payments with the money… ur only out the interest… after u do this u will have good credit with them and shud b able to get a loan for 5-10k….taeks like 3 months to do this tho…..
also if u have a vehicle now u can get a title loan…….but gonna rape u on interest…..its almost as bad as cash advance… since its usually same places…..
Why should anyone approve you for a loan when you have proven in the past that you don’t pay your bills as agreed ?

If you save up $1000 or so for a down payment, a buy here pay here place will finance you. They charge way more than the car is worth and a high interest rate to make up for all the people who don’t pay as agreed.
Your best bet is to avoid credit. Save up cash and buy something you can afford. That way you wont miss anymore payments.
