I’m about to pay off my car. I’m paying it off way ahead of schedule. The original loan was for 5 years, but I paid it off in 18 months. I know that this behavior will positively affect my credit, and my question is this: How long will potential lenders be able to see what I did with my car loan?

As far as I know positive information remains on your credit file forever.
They will always be able to see it. Only bad things are erased in 7 years.
