car-insurance.22web.net – try this one. I have their car insurance and, as I know, they can provide such a service.

Why don’t you just call them? That would be the easiest way to find out what you need to do. Or do they have a a website?
Most insurance just automatically renews these days as long as you pay them. Lots of the big companies have websites where you can set up an account so you can log in and see your policy details, and find contact information, etc.
That said, I see that you noted that the question was for a project. Does that mean a school project? Well just say,
Dear Sirs,
I would like to renew my policy. I enclosed a check in the amount you requested. Thanks.
Sincerely Yours,
Joe SmithBut honestly, nobody writes letters like that. They send you a bill, and you pay it. Most of the time, it is less personal, and they will take money from your account automatically until you specifically cancel your insurance.
If this is real, why not look for a more modern company that isn’t such a hassle?
If this is a school project, it seems like an outdated one.

You don’t need to. The policy will automatically renew. They are required to renew it, unless they send YOU prior notice that they won’t – and then you can’t change their mind.
But, your teacher doesn’t know that, apparently, so how about, dear insurance company, please renew my policy.
