I’ve had Unitrin Direct as my insurance carrier for almost two years now and my insurance premiums have been cheaper per year than before I had my at fault accident in July of 2003. I do not believe that Unitrin Direct writes policies for all 50 states. Their company headquarters are in Chicago or you may visit the website at http://www.unitrindirect.com. The contact number that you may call to get a free quote and ask customer service questions is 800.437.8394. Another insurance carrier that I believe has cheap rates if you have good credit is Progressive Direct (now known as Drive Insurance by Progressive). The number is 800.888.7764.
