I d not have a permanent driving liscence..can I still get a car loan? If yes, from where?

I do have a permit and will be soon giving behind the wheel test..but i came across a really good car deal and i dont wanna loose the opportunity..

You do not need a drivers license to get a car loan. The bank or finance company only cares about your credit history and ability to repay the loan.

I think you should just go to the owner of the car and explain your situation and ask him to hold it for you. If you really will be taking the test soon it shouldn’t be a problem.
