I don't know what to do about my car loan company, Peak 5.?

I have my car loan through Peak 5 and my payments get taken out every month by EFT. They haven’t taken my payment in 2 months. I have tried to call them but all I get is a busy signal and I get pull up their website. What do I do so that it doesn’t ruin my credit? Who do I contact to take my payments?

Keep calling.

Also, send a letter requesting them to contact you; explain your concerns (that they haven’t taken a payment for 2 months). Ask them what to do. Keep copies of all correspondence.

Send the letter certified mail return receipt – costs extra but proves that you are taking the initiative to contact them.

With the way that all loans lately been difficult to get in this econonmy. The online places are easy to check and sometimes more flexible.
