Morgage loan with Wells Fargo. Can I add my car loan and credit cards to my home loan?

I have a FHA loan. How much would It raise the mortgage to. I owe about 12,000 in car and 5,000 in credit. Thanks.

You would have to refinance your mortgage and take cash out to pay off the other debts. You would have to have enough equity in the house to cover the car and credit card debts and the new mortgage not be more than 80% of your home’s value.
It is a very bad idea to add credit card and car loans to your mortgage. Default on the car loan and they take your car. Default on the credit cards and you get bad credit. Default on your mortgage and you live in the streets.
Work on paying off the credit card balances.

Not unless you are taking out a home equity loan. No one knows how much that will raise your mortgage to. It depends on the interest rate AND the term of the loan….duh!!

Every $1,000 you borrow for 30 years at 5% costs $5.37 per month. You will need to add about $4,000 in for closing costs and the up front FHA MIP fee. FHA is raising it’s fees so you should do this soon.

-That’s a pretty damn big deal. First of all, I highly doubt the UFC would pay QJ anything near what he gets paid in Pride (which is probably most likely in the healthy 6-digits over a handfull of fights)
