Auto Car Loan Now

I am doing a lease buyout with my dad (jointly) and my girlfriend is the primary driver. The car registration and car insurance is under her name and I am named the other driver in the car insurance policy.

My question is if my girlfriend gets into a car accident and the individual who is hurt sue’s my girlfriend and she cannot pay, is my dad Cosigner to the car loan liable to lose his house since he’s a cosigner to a loan me and my dad took out.

Kinda confusing.

I’m a single male under 25, and car insurance rates are really expensive, does anyone know of a company that provides the cheapest in that area?

I have bad credit, so they asked me for a cosigner. It turns out that my cosigner does not have that great of a credit either. Now the finance rep is asking me for someone who has had a car loan already. Is that always the case? I make 35K a year and the car is going for 15K im puttting 2k down, The rep still says hes waiting for the banks to get to him, how long does it take for the banks to reply with the loan and are there any banks that will approve the loan even with bad credit.

I bought a car in July 2009. It was a 2008 Honda with only 5,000 miles on it. Tecnically the car is used, but Bank of America treated my auto loan as a NEW car loan (I’m assuming because the car was barely used). I know you can write off the sales tax of a new car purchased in 2009, but what about in this case?

Trying to buy a used vehice for about ,000.00 and I would like to find a legit company to provide a loan with same day approval. Great credit, just think it would be better to get my own loan rather than going through the dealer.
