Find which one is cheapest for you, based on your vehicles, the people who will be carrying off on your insurance, your driving record, age, etc.

The one you never use. They are all pretty much the same since they are regulated by the government. Pick one with a low rate, get sufficient coverage and stay alert while driving.

First you have to define best. The ‘best’ for me (commercial, a million coverage) surely won’t be the best for you. If you would like to get something best for you, find an independent agent and have him search his data base based on your information.
