I would do some research first, before going into a dealership. A local bank, your credit union to get interest rates on a car. Some of it will depend on whether it is a new or used car. Used cars may be a higher interest rate than new cars. Then go into the dealership and see what they can offer. Many new cars have special interest rates like 2.9 or even 0, if you qualify. And that is the key here, you have to qualify by having good credit.
You may have a 0% credit card, but if you can’t pay it off in the allotted time allowed, you interest rate will skyrocket, plus, you will end up paying the interest that would have accrued at the 0% if you don’t pay it off during the trial or 0% rate.
Good luck

Take a female to the car lot where you want to buy. When she says she wants "that one." The sales people will do the rest. Sign on the dotted line and begin paying for scrape metal on wheels.

it’s impossible to answer without knowing your situation, but from the choices you mentioned, I’d go with a credit union.
And I don’t think yo can get a LOAN with 0% from a credit card…

It’s possible the dealer may be able to provide some low interest loans, but you should really line up financing a head of time through your credit union. If the dealer can beat them, great! But if not, your Credit Union should be able to give you a good deal.
