What’s the best site for Cheap Car Insurance?

Besides progressive and esurance…

Anyone know of a better site or sites regarding Cheap Car Insurance Online?

I just got my first car, it’s got a salvage title so I’m choosing a one-way liability. I’m still in H.S. with a part time job, so it would really help if you guys can help point me in the right direction to a site that’s cheap and affordable on a minimum wage budget. Thanks ya.

See this http://gsx1.com/InsuranceComparison.html take the quote, they’ll come back with prices from different insurers in your area. It’s very quick and free of charge.
But to find a cheap price you should get several quotes, do some legwork till something better will come along.

Do you really want "cheap" insurance?

That’s like getting a "cheap" helmet to ride a motorcycle.

Get your insurance from a good company offering good coverage.

Then stick with them for the long term.

All insurers play ‘leap-frog’ with prices because their prices are determined by their loss experience.

If you have a good long-term track record with your insurance company they won’t cancel you if you have a bad year.

Try auto club. When I worked there they had the lowest rates anywhere because high risk people thought they were too expensive. As a result, the people that did go with them had fewer losses.

call a local independent agent in your area. they write for a lot of companies and will do the research for you to find the best company at the best rate. stay away from "do it yourself" policies online. they NEVER come in at the rate quoted. its always best to have an agent handle things for you so that you have them locally when you need help and they know you and your needs.

shop around, do all sites you can find till you find a cheap one, surely if you are still in H.S. with a part time job you know to find the cheapest price. There aren’t just 3 carriers out there but thousands and amongst them there’ll be 20 cheap ones
