I had a speeding ticket 2 years ago, but I got a copy of my driving record and it’s spotless. Should I list that violation or would it hurt my rate?

There are tons of places where you can get a free insurance quote. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Auto-Insurance.html It only takes a few minutes to do.
You could try to use google it first, here http://www.Autoinsurancepro.info/auto-insurance-free.htm has some direct information which I think is might be helpful.
You should list anything you know that you have, this is to avoid bad situations should they one day refuse to pay up.
If you want to save, spend more time shopping for quotes.
See http://insurance.moneysavecenter.com?id=m3y227 they provide quotes from multiple insurers just filling one form.
