I’m looking for car insurance and was wondering which companies you would suggest I look into and get quotes from? Which company do you have and what do you like / not like about them? Thanks!!
Oh yeah, by the way, I live in California, so I’m looking for American Insurance Companies. Thanks!

State Farm.
Sure you can find a lot of insurance companies that are cheap in cost. But when you have an accident, State Farm comes thru every time with money to pay for the repair of your car. They pay the repair shop, not you, though. I have had State Farm for 30 years.
DO NOT use Harleysville – the screwed me over a bunch. Left me hanging on claims and returning phone calls. I cannot wait to drop them next month.
State Farm hands down, theyll hook you up with all kinds of different discounts, I had farmers insurance wich is totally different than state farm but I pay 120 less with state farm than them for full coverage, I havent found a company better truly
Look into any insurance company that is not a independant agent. Look into companies like State Farm, Allstate, Nationwide……………just stay away from Geico, they are a absolute joke. Im with State Farm, 14 years, and thay have given me AAA+ service when I needed them.
I have had state farm all my life and been happy. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to insurance.
If you have any sort of military affiliation, sign up with USAA. They are a GREAT company and they offer so much more than the cheapest prices and great customer service.
We have loans through them, a checking account, our homeowners insurance, etc.
They are fabulous.
