I had insurance with "Hawaiian Insurance and Guaranty" for a while. In California. As far as quotes I've gotten when shopping with the bigger companies, the cheapest has always been Progressive. (Though I hear that in some regions they try to drive down the price of body work too much, to the point some body shops will not deal with them. That is not true in Alaska, however.
